Before you sign anything
Five questions to ask any agency.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You should. Always. Google Ads, Analytics, Meta Business and your domain should be in your name, with the agency given access.
How will results be measured?
Leads, sales, bookings and cost per result. Not just impressions or "visibility". Ask to see an example report.
What exactly happens each month?
Hours, deliverables and who does the work. If the answer is a framework name, ask again.
Can I leave if it's not working?
Long lock-ins protect the agency. We start every engagement with a 3-month trial so you can judge the results.
Who will I actually talk to?
With us, the person doing the work. With bigger agencies, it's often an account manager passing messages along.
